Building plans, including building elevations, indicating mass, building <br />materials, and color of all exterior surfaces, including all materials <br />proposed to meet the screening requirements of this ordinance. <br />C. Landscape plans, including the number, species, and size of all plantings. <br />D. Grading, drainage, parking areas, items to be stored, and utility plans. <br /> <br />Accessory Structures <br />Garages, accessory structures, screen walls and exposed areas of retaining walls shall be <br />of similar type, quality, and appearance as the principal struchlre. Accessory struchlres <br />shall comply with all of section 080- JOO. <br /> <br />Exterior of Building <br />All buildings shall be linished on all sides with permanent finished materials of <br />consistent quality, per division 100, and amendment #44-A. <br /> <br />Permitted Encroachments <br />The following shall not be considered as encroachments on setbacks subject to other <br />conditions within this ordinance: <br /> <br />Off street parking spaces, flues, belt course, leaders, sills, pilaster, lintels, comices, eaves, <br />gutters, awnings, open terraces, service station pump islands, open canopies, steps, <br />chimneys, t1ag poles, ornamental features, open tire escapes, sidewalks, and fences, <br />except as hereinafter amended. <br /> <br />Exterior Merchandise <br />See section 135- ] 40. <br /> <br />Lighting <br />See Section 135-040. <br /> <br />Driveways <br />A <br /> <br />s. <br /> <br />No driveway shall be located within one hundred (100) feet ot'any right- <br />of-way line of a street intersection. Said distances shall be measured <br />along the property line li'om the corner right-of-way line. <br />Access drive onto county roads shall require a review hy the City <br />Engineers. <br /> <br />Special Use Permits <br />As provided in Ordinance #39. <br /> <br />Refuse <br />A <br /> <br />All premises shall be providcd with, at owner's cxpense, an adequate <br />number of approved containers to hold the garbage accul11lrlated by such <br />premises. Such containers shall be made ot'metal or other suitable <br />material, shall be water tight, insect and rodent proof, and shall be of a <br />material not easily cOlTodible and equipped with suitable handles and tight <br />
