Several comments were received by the Commission regardiog the need to <br />delete the C-l Zoning District. Many felt that if this zoning designation was removed, <br />then developers would be free to develop wetlands and creek areas. The residents were <br />advised that these areas are also governed by the DNR, Rice Creek Watershed District <br />and the City's Flood PlanIFlood Way re~<;tions. They were also told that both the <br />City's Ordinance or Comprehensive PIailJill,fe this designation as part of the City's <br />Zoning District schedule. <br />
