<br />MEMO <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />December 4, 2001 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commissioners <br /> <br />Kim Moore-Sykes ~ <br />Requests for Non-Compliant Sheds <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />........................................................................, <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />Staff has received two letters from residents regarding sheds that they have on their <br />property that are non-compliant because they are sited too close to other structures. Both <br />residents are requesting an extension to spring bring their respective sheds into <br />compliance. The City Council has asked that the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />review these requests at their December meeting. Both residents have been contacted and <br />invited to attend the December Planning and Zoning meeting. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Grant each resident an extension to spring. <br />or <br />Require each resident to apply for a variance. <br /> <br />, <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />l___ <br />
