Liquor stores. <br /> <br />Section 080-100: Industrial District (1-1). <br /> <br />Purpose <br />It is intended that the 1-] District provide opportunities for light manufaclming and <br />industrial uses, trade businesses, machine shops and other more extensive land uses. <br /> <br />General Minimum Requirements <br />The following minimum requirements, as set forth herein, shall apply to all buildings that <br />may be erected, converted or structurally altered in Industrial Districts. <br /> <br />Permitted Principal UseslUses Permitted on Special Use Permit <br />As provided in Section 080-100 oEthis ordinance. <br /> <br />Setback <br />See Table B- Schedule of Dishiet Regulations Lot and Yard Requirements. <br />In addition, side yards facing streets on comer lots shall be considered the same as front <br />yards. Where a front yard or side yard of a comer lot laces a residential district across a <br />street, the setback from the street shall be not less than 60 feet. <br /> <br />Building height in Industrial Districts <br />As provided in Division 115 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />on Street Parking <br />As provided in Division 90 of this ordinance. <br />In addition to Division 90: <br />A. Space for a single vehicle shall be nine (9) feet by eighteen (18) feet or <br />larger. <br />B. Off street parking areas shall be surfaced with asphalt or concrete, and <br />with permanent concrete curbs to define driveways and parking limits. <br />Plans and specifications for parking areas shall be reviewed by the City <br />Engineer, and approved by the City Council prior to construction. <br />
