Chicilo Homes Site Plan Approval

This item was previously discussed.

2. Llovd Drilling Site Plan Approval

Council Member Broussard Vickers stated that Mr. Drilling needs to provide final details
on several issues, but is comfortable with the basic information provided concerning the
site plan. The final details should be addressed in the Developer's Agreement.

Council Member Capra questioned whether approval of the site plan would be giving Mr.
Drilling approval to commence construction on the building. Mr. Hoeft indicated site
plan approval is an approval to move forward with the planning process but construction
cannot start until Council approves the Developer's Agreement. There is nothing about the plan
that is subject to resident or Council approval. Mr. Drilling stated that if he receives
approval of his site plan he will authorize the architects to prepare plans for Council that
provide as much or more information as provided by Mr. Chicilo.

Council Member Nelson requested that all information regarding this item be included in
the packet, prior to distribution and council meeting.

Council Member Travis stated he had no problem approving the site plan. He also stated
that he recently received his tax statement and believes the City needs to bring more
commercial development in to help with the tax base. In his opinion, Mr. Drilling has
