Aves - 4 Navs - O. Council Member Capra abstained. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />XI. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />XII. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers reported the Planning and Zoning Commission will <br />have a public hearing to discuss the sign ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. March reported the Fire Steering Committee meets on January 18,2001. <br /> <br />XIII. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. March reported the one (I) union member has voted on the contract extension and <br />voted to accept the City's request for a three-year duration. This matter will be before <br />Council at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson requested Staff contact Anoka County and Rice Creek <br />Watershed District regarding the west mall trail to see ifthe ditch could be filled in and <br />the trail connected to the trail at the east mall. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg reported the League of Minoesota Cities has a new piece of software <br />for city websites and the City could be a test site for them. It would cost the City $500 to <br />procure this service and there would be a charge of $20 per month. This may be a real <br />advantage to the City as the City would not have to maintain the site. <br /> <br />XIV.
