The City may modify minimum parking requirements inthe M-1 <br />District, as part of the Site Plan Approval process, if it is determined that the use is <br />consistent with the purpose of the district and street parking is sufficient to accommodate <br />the use. <br /> <br />Uses <br />Residential <br />Churches <br />SchoOls <br /> <br />Theaters <br />Restaurants <br />Offices <br />Retail <br />Convenience Stores <br /> <br />General Services <br />Trade Businesses <br />Manufacturin <br />Other Industrial <br />Car Washes <br />Drive-up <br />Restaurants <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ross floor area <br />ross .floor area <br />ross floor area <br />ross floor area <br /> <br />Division 95: Commercial Exterior Buildina Materials <br /> <br />Except; as othelWise regulated herein, the exterior wall surfaces of all new or expanded <br />commercial buildings shall consist of face brick, finished block or other textured masonry <br />product approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Exceptions to all masonry <br />exteriors may be considered and approved by the Planning and ZoningCommissiorl <br />provided the following findings are met: <br /> <br />A. The combination of exterior materials is used as an architectural <br />compliment to the structure. <br /> <br />B. The combination of exterior materials used is not inconsistent with <br />the quality and appearance used on similar buildings in the same <br />zoning district or neighborhood. <br /> <br />C.
