Stevens <br /> <br />DATE: December 29, 2000 <br /> <br />Ms. Stevens has submitted a re-zone request to re-zone 7007 - 20th Avenue to Industrial <br />from Residential. The parcel currently contains the following structures: house, pole <br />building and two (2) garages. Ms. Stevens has a prospective buyer for the property <br />(Muellner Asphalt) if it is successfully re-zoned. The prospective buyer intends on using <br />the house located on the parcel as office space. Several concerns exist with the current <br />structures becoming non-conforming structures if the property is re-zoned as requested. <br /> <br />--~ <br />
