Mr. Hannah <br />b'e y . cussed the issues previously raised at the last meeting and stated that Ground <br />D v lopment had resolved the issues requested by the City with the exception ofthe trail <br />wy. Mr. Hannah stated he would be in attendance at the next Parks and Recreation <br />Committee meeting to ascertain their trail way specifications. <br /> <br />Mr. John Lundblad, 6904 Centerville Road, inquired as to where the cul-de-sac would be <br />located and how Ground Development would provide access to the cul-de-sac for his <br />driveway. <br /> <br />Page 1 of8 <br />
