GENERAL INFORMATION We are pleased to once again offer workshops designed especially for citizen planners. Sessions provide opportunities for in-depth study of current topics and hands-on application. While many of these programs and presenters have been part of our planning curriculum for many years, the content is constantly revised and updated to ensure today's issues are addressed. Participants will enhance their knowledge of various areas of planning and, as a result, become better equipped to make recommen- dations and decisions about the communities in which they live. THESE PROGRAMS ARE FOR YOU. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Members of plonning commissions, boards of adjustment and appeals, and governing bodies in Minnesota cities, counties and townships. Also valuable for members of other advisory commis- sions, housing and redevelopment outhorities, staff, real estate professionals, and others working in areas related to specialized workshop topics. REAL ESTATE CREDITS .,.he Basics: 'Beyond the Basics' and 'Advanced Zoning Applications' have been approved for Continu- ing Real Estate Education credits. Attendance forms will be available at each workshop. REGISTRA TION/CANCELLA TION Register at least 7 days prior to the workshop date using the forms in this brochure. ISpace is limited.! Fill out one form per individual; duplicate forms if register- ing more than one person fram your community/ agency. You will receive a canfirmation of your registration via e-mail one week before the workshop. Fees will be refunded less a $lS service fee if the registration is canceled 4 working days before the program. You may substitute another individual for the same workshop at any time.
