Mr. March stated that <br />h; d spoken with Mr. Hoeft regarding same and he recommended that the City <br />c"sider allowing mini-storage facilities as a permitted use in the Industrial Park with the <br />requirement that a Special Use Permit be obtained. A Special Use Permit would allow <br />the City to control the parameters of use. <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that the developer was anticipating on constructing a wooden framed <br />building and that currently, "pole barn" type buildings are not allowed in the Industrial <br />Park. <br /> <br />Page I of8 <br />
