Design Plans <br />Commercial and Industrial Concept and Streetscape Plans: <br /> <br />Council wants professional advice on design criteria for the commercial and industrial <br />properties east of 20th Avenue towards the freeway and help with old town renovations. <br />We want to get ahead of the development curve that Council views as accelerating. <br /> <br />Council will use the existing Boonestro streetscape plan as a guide during water <br />renovations in the downtown area.
