Mr. Hoeft stated that he would be requesting Mrs. Turcotte to sign a waiver for <br />relocation benefits when the property is leased back to her. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded bv Council Member <br />Travis to authorize Staff to accept the new purchase price of $139,900. to aeree to <br />pav the seller's c1osin~ costs, and to require that Mrs. Turcotte sil:n a waiver of <br />relocation. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that an individual, who was interested in relocating Mrs. Turcotte's <br />residence, alleviating demolition costs that would be incurred by the City, had contacted <br />him. <br /> <br />Mr. March requested that Council arrange a work session date to discuss employee <br />benefit issues. <br />Consensus was to schedule a work session for May 30, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers requested that any items Staff or Council feels need <br />to be addressed in a work session environment, be added to the next regularly scheduled <br />meeting agenda. Council Member Broussard Vickers suggested that no work sessions be <br />scheduled for the summer. <br /> <br />XV. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Nelson, seconded bv Council Member Capra to adiourn <br />the April 25, 2001 City Council Meetine at 8:43 p.m. All in favor.
