<br />J <br /> <br />3 Amended: 9/4/01 <br />2 Amended: 6/27/01 <br />1 Amended: 1110101 <br />Effective 9/5100 <br />City of Centerville Ord. #4 <br />temporary structures shall be issued for a six (6) month period, but are subject to the <br />Minnesota State Building Code. <br /> <br />Division 50: Driveway and Parking Lot Imorovements <br /> <br />All required ingress/egress points, driveways and parking areas shall be paved with <br />asphalt, concrete, pavers, cobblestone or similar material according to minimum City <br />specifications, excluding R-1 Districts. Driveways may not exceed a twenty-four (24) <br />foot width at the streelline. <br /> <br />Division 55: Public Utilities Required <br /> <br />All residential, commercial, industrial, public, institutional or other uses, which include <br />plumbing facilities, shall be connected to the public sewer and water system when <br />available. <br /> <br />Division 60: Relocated Buildings or Structures <br /> <br />No existing building or structure may be relocated anywhere in the City without a <br />permit. A permit for the relocation of any building or structure may not be issued <br />without site plan approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning <br />and Zoning Commission shall not approve a site plan without certifying the following: <br /> <br />A. The building or structure is compatible in appearance, age <br />and character with existing buildings and structures in the <br />area; and <br /> <br />B. The building or structure meets all code requirements for new <br />buildings or structures; and <br /> <br />C. The building or structure is compatible with any other <br />buildings or structures existing on the same property; and <br /> <br />D. The building or structure meets all other requirements of this <br />Ordinance and any other City ordinances; and <br /> <br />Division 65: Accessory Structures and Uses <br /> <br />No more than two (2) accessory structures are permitted on any Single-family, <br />detached dwelling parcel located in any district except R-1. Combined aggregate <br />square footage for accessory structures may not exceed two hundred (200) square <br /> <br />Page 23 of 77 <br />
