The design and circulation of new residential <br />areas are also intended to be complimentary with and enhance the community's <br />small town atmosphere. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses and Structures <br /> <br />A. Single-family, detached dwellings. <br /> <br />B. Single-family, attached dwellings with more than four (4) dwelling units <br />per building. <br /> <br />C. Apartments or condominiums at a density not exceeding twelve (12) <br />units per acre. <br /> <br />D. Accessory uses. <br /> <br />E. Public parks and recreation uses. <br /> <br />F. Day care facility. <br /> <br />G. Residential facility. <br /> <br />H.
