NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Concept Plan. 1475 Mound Trail, (Glenn Rehbein Companies) <br /> <br />Bart Rehbein, applicant, offered to answer questions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilharber questioned whether Lot I would have access.
