<br />Effective 9/5/00 <br />City of Centerville Ord. #4 <br /> <br />show the relationship of the proposed PUD to the Comprehensive <br />Plan of the City, to existing schools and other community facilities and <br />services, and to the surrounding area; and <br /> <br />B. A preliminary plan of the PUD in schematic form showing the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. The existing topographic character of the land; <br />and <br /> <br />2. A composite of all natural amenities of the site <br />including steep slopes, drainage ways plus <br />marshes, ponds and lakes; and <br /> <br />3. The size of site and proposed uses of the land to <br />be developed together with an identification of <br />off-site land use; and <br /> <br />4. The density of land use to be allocated to the <br />several parts of the development; and <br /> <br />5. The approximate location of thoroughfares; and <br /> <br />6. The location of common open space including <br />public schools, parks and playgrounds or private <br />natural preserves; and <br /> <br />7. The off-street parking system. <br /> <br />C. A written statement including the following: <br /> <br />1. A statement of the ownership of all land involved <br />in the PUD together with a summary of previous <br />work experience; and <br /> <br />2. An explanation of the general character of the <br />planned development; and <br /> <br />3. A statement describing the ultimate ownership <br />and maintenance of all parts of the development <br />including streets, structures and open spaces; <br />and <br /> <br />4.
