I am expecting some residents to appear at the meeting to discuss delaying <br />this proposed subdivision. Cooocil discussed with the City Attorney requirements for a <br />possible residential moratorium. Apparently, the school district administration is going <br />to provide some information in regards to school capacity issues and future residential <br />growth. I am not sure how the timing of the approval for the school referendum will <br />affect the schools ability to provide services. <br /> <br />The pre~ plat is in the hands of the City Engineer, Building Official and <br />Centennial Fire Chief. We have not received written comments at the time of packet <br />preparation due to the short work week. <br />
