The building is a non-conforming <br />structure and as such may not be expanded or its use extended or intensified per Ordinance #4, <br />subdivision 30. <br /> <br />This letter serves notice that the interior electrical, insulation drywall, healing, plumbing and <br />the exterior framing which was started without a building permit must be removed by 30 <br />November 2000. <br /> <br />You have 30 days to awealthis order in writing to the City subject to the requirements in <br />Ordinance #4.
