The variance is to allow <br />construction of a six (6) foot, wood, privacy fence on or adjacent to the rear and side yard <br />property lines, with the north side of the fence encroaching into the street right-of-way <br />by approximately one (I) foot. The said hearing will take place on Tuesday, October 3, <br />2000 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at <br />6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. <br /> <br />This public hearing will be continued to the Council Meeting on Wednesday, October I I, <br />2000 at Centerville City Hall in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. September 26, 2000. All persons <br />interested are invited to attend and to be heard.
