Free-Standing (Ground) Signs <br />(a) One ground sign is permitted for each premises having frontage on a public right~of-,^"ay <br /> <br /> <br />(b) Where a parcel has in excess of 300 <br />feet of frontage, one additional free- <br />standing sign may be erected for <br />each additional 300 feet of street <br />frontage in excess of the first 300 feet <br />of street frontage abutting the de- <br />veloped portion of said parcel. <br />(Fig. 3). <br /> <br />(c) The occupant may elect to combine the allowable area of two or more ground signs, where <br />permitted, into one ground sign with a maximum allowable area not to exceed or~e square <br />(oat for everyone linear toot of frontage along the same right-of-way, up 10 the ~laXln,,",rn <br />established in Table 1, Section 5.
