Mr. Kraft responsed to same. <br /> <br />Motion bv Commissioner Brainard and seconded bv Commissioner Kilian to recommend <br />to Council approval of the site plan and requested Special Use Permit conditioned upon <br />the following: <br /> <br />a. Issuance of a building oermit within six (6) months for the permanent <br />building structure. <br />b. One (1) month following the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for <br />the permanent building the temoorary trailer must be removed. <br />c. Resolution of Bonestroo. Rosene. Anderlik & Associates' items adhered <br />to in a memo dated June 6. 2000. (see attached). <br />d. Property access modifications made commencing the pavement of 2 I ~ <br />Avenue North. <br /> <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ITEM(S) <br /> <br />LOIS WHITTET - Five (5) foot side yard setback request <br /> <br />Mr. March discussed receiving a request from Lois Whittet, 7162 Brian Way, regarding <br />the installation of an above ground pool and the City allowing a five (5) foot side yard <br />setback rather than a ten (IO) foot side yard setback. Consensus was not to modify the <br />current requirement of a ten (I 0) foot side yard setback. in the Draft Ordinance #4. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion bv Commissioner DeVine and seconded bv Commissioner Kilian to approve the <br />April 4. 2000 minutes with the addition of Commissioner Brainard being present. All in <br />favor.
