<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />MAY 2, 2000 <br /> <br />...... <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission ofthe City <br />of Centerville held its regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Chairperson Brian Hanson <br />Commission Member AI LaMotte <br />Commission Member Rob Sheppard <br />Commission Member Ray DeVine <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Commission Member John McLean <br />Commission Member David Kilian (arrived shortly after <br />Roll Call) <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br /> <br />City Council liaison Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Brian Hanson called the meeting to order at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />The Chair acknowledged the arrival of Member Kilian. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />INFORMATIONAL MEETING - ORDINANCE #4 <br /> <br />Lengthy discussion ensued and additional modifications were made to the presented <br />Ordinance #4. Refining several items: Definitions (i.e., structural alterations, structures, <br />front and hack yard and the inclusion of satellite dishes); Division 140, Section 140-]40: <br />Residential Districts, B & C; removal of Division 75, Subd. 3; and the timely forwarding <br />of the revised Ordinance #4 to Council for the Public Hearing on May ]0,2000. <br /> <br />Motion bv Member DeVine. seconded by Member Kilian to forward the presented <br />Ordinance #4. including the above stated modifications. to Citv Council for their <br />consideration at the Public Hearing scheduled for Mav 10. 2000. All in Favor. Motion <br />Carried Unanimously. <br />
