<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br />Please take notice that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville will consider a Special Use Permit request submitted by County Ban1e The <br />meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 6, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The <br />purpose of the meeting is to hear all parties present regarding the possibility of approving <br />a Special Use Permit for parcel (OUTLOT B (Main Street and 21st Avenue)). County <br />Bank is proposing to position a temporary trailer on said property for the purpose of <br />conducting banking business until such time as a permanent building is constructed on <br />the property. <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before June 2, 2000. Such a request may be made <br />by telephone (651 429-3232) or by facsimile (651 429-8629). All interested persons are <br />invited to attend and to be heard.
