Home occupations. <br /> <br />Special Requirements <br />Manufactured homes are permitted in all residential districts if they meet the design <br />criteria for such districts. All other manufactured homes shall be located only in <br />designated manufactured home districts which meet the requirements of this Ordinance. <br />The general intent of this district is to provide for manufactured housing in subdivided <br />developments, in safe, attractive residential neighborhoods with all urban services and <br />desired amenities as other residential areas. No person shall erect, establish, extend or <br />enlarge a manufactured housing development within the limits of the City of Centerville <br />without first obtaining Site Plan approval from the City Council upon receipt of the <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Approval shall be granted only <br />upon compliance with all the following: 1.) Compliance with all other terms of this <br />Ordinance #4, Centerville Zoning Ordinance; 2.) Compliance with all the terms of <br />Ordinance #8, Centerville Subdivision Ordinance; 3.) The proposed development must be <br />located in the City's urban service area as shown in the Comprehensive Development Plan, <br />and must be served by public utilities as approved by the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />Section 080-080: Single-Family Residential - Estate (R-S). <br /> <br />Purpose <br />It is intended that the R-5 District provide for low-density traditional single family residential <br />where public utilities are available and required for service. The design and circulation of <br />new residential areas are also intended to be complimentary with and enhance the <br />community's small town atmosphere. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses <br />A.
