<br />violation. <br /> <br />Division 215: Fees and Licensing <br /> <br />Fees and licensing provisions, affecting the administration and enforcement of this <br />Ordinance, shall be established by resolution of the City Council. The City does require <br />payment for its legal, planning and engineering expenses, resulting from thereview of <br />proposed actions in the City.
