<br />Mr. March reviewed a draft letter in response to a letter that was addressed to the <br />Council at the last meeting. He asked that the Council review this letter and <br />provide comments. <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that MnDOT would complete a traffic study on Main Street to <br />test the speed level on this County Road. Council Member Broussard Vickers <br />stated concern for having this area posted at a higher speed and asked if any <br />information was known from the County to date. Mr. March stated this is a <br />County issue and that they would inform the City of their plans at a later date. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber was in favor of drafting a letter addressing the City's concerns <br />and asked that Jon Olson from Anoka County be contacted again. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reviewed a letter submitted by Paul Palzer regarding Safe <br />Drinking Water Week in May. He encouraged residents with wells to test their <br />water for bacteria, nitrates, and nitrogen. Mayor Wilharber stated the County <br />could be contacted with further questions. It was noted that Paul Palzer had kits <br />available for these water samples, they could be dropped off at City Hall, and then <br />brought to the County for results. <br /> <br />XIII.
