Manufacturing in the Industrial Park. The potential building would allow tenants to lease space. A lot split was previously requested and approved for this property, but the owner failed to record the lot split. The property is currently zoned B-1 commercial. The proposed building and lot size exceed the minimum requirements. A discussion was held between the commission and Mr. Burket. Many items were discussed, including building uses, signage, tenant types, lighting, trash receptacles lpld the surrounding parcels. The commission agreed on the proposed request made by Mr. Burket. Motion by R. DeVine seconded by D. Kilian to approve tbe requested First Class Concrete lot split between parcel 2 and tbe remainine parcels alone witb approval of tbe preliminary plan, subiect to tbe approval from the Fire Chief, Public Works, Rice Creek Watershed District, Anoka County and tbe City Eneineer. Motion carried unanimouslv. BOWEN LOT SPLIT The tot split request property is for the wetland that exists at the end of Clearwater Creek where the water discharges into Peltier Lake. Three property owners adjacent to the proposed property are splitting the purchase of the property. The commission approved the lot split so the purchase can be recorded at Anoka County. Motion by R. Sbeppard, seconded bv R. DeVine to approve the Bowen lot split. Motion carried unanimously. DISCUSSION ITEMS Planning and Zoning Commission Ordinance 4 Workshops are scheduled for the following Tuesdays: March 28, April 4, April 11 , April 18 and April 25. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Motion by D. Kilian, seconded by R. Sbeppard to approve the February minutes with noted correction. J. McLean abstained. Motion carried. AD.JOUNMENT Motion by R.
