G. Rud & Sons, Inc., setting forth the legal descriptions of the parcels of <br />land which Mr. Burgstahler, Mr. Buckbee and the undersigned are purchasing from the St. <br />Paul Board of Water Commissioners. It is our understanding that the division of this <br />property requires the consent of the Centerville City Council and that you will do the <br />necessary to submit such issue to the Council. <br /> <br />I will call you next week to discuss this matter and would appreciate hearing from <br />you if there are any other actions which the three buyers must take to seek this approval, <br />whether the presence of any of us will be required at the Council session and whether we <br />might, at our option, seek to have these new parcels integrated with our existing parcels <br />for real estate tax purposes. <br /> <br />Thank you for YOW' assistance and consideration with regard to this matter. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />William E.
