Lot Split Application form signed by Metropolitan Council Regional <br />Administrator It is very difficult to get the church's signatures on such short <br />notice, so I have also enclosed a copy of the signed acceptance of Metropolitan <br />Council's offer to purchase the property as an indication that the church is in <br />agreement with the purchase. <br />2. A copy of Metropolitan Council check request form, whereby I have ordered a <br />check for the Lot Application Fee of $] 75.00. I have not yet received the check <br />from our Accounting Department I will forward the check to you as soon as ] <br />receive it <br />3.
