LaMotte opened the public hearing.

Mr. Lloyd Drilling discussed that he would like to determine the Commission's interest
in the possibility of rezoning the property located at 1873 Main Street. There is an
existing home on the property that Mr. Drilling estimates was built in the late 1800's.
Mr. Drilling would like to demolish the existing house and have the property rezoned to
commercial pending an approved site plan. Mr. Drilling indicated that he would like to
build a commercial/retail center with units available for lease.

Mr. Drilling indicated that he would continue to propose an access on Main Street and an
access to Peterson Trail. Mr. Drilling did not envision an access on to Shad Avenue.

Mr. Drilling commented that an existing construction easement would have to be vacated
along with rerouting an existing drain tile. Mr. Drilling stated that there is a lack of
commercial property in the community in his opinion.
