<br />Centennial Fire District - Payroll Expenses <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council member Nelson to <br />approve the expenditures for the Centennial Fire District PayroU Expenses. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />ReQuest for Payment - Utility Extension Fairview Street/Royal Industrial Park <br /> <br />City Engineer Peterson explained the request for payment for this project. <br /> <br />Mr. March recommended that the City pay the contractor directly and receive a lien waiver prior <br />to payment. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council member Sweeney to <br />approve the reauest for payment for Utility Extension Fairview Street/Royal Industrial <br />Park with payment directlv to the contractor upon receipt of a lien waiver. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Reauest for Pavrnent - Water Interconnect <br /> <br />City Engineer Peterson explained the request for payment for this project. He stated they would <br />hold a retainage of 5% through the winter for settlement corrections, etc. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Travis. seconded by Council member Broussard Vickers to <br />approve the reQuest for payment for Water Interconnect. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that the City should write a letter to Lino Lakes expressing the gratitude <br />of the City on this joint project. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Nelson. seconded by Council member Broussard Vickers <br />directine: staff to prepare a letter to Lino Lakes expressine: the City's e:ratitude on Lino <br />Lakes efforts and assistance on this ioint proiect. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Travis. seconded by Council member Sweeney to set the <br />ae:enda. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />VII. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS - None <br /> <br />VIII.
