<br />:1 i\.mended: 9/4/01 <br />Z Amended: 6/27/0] <br />1 Amended: 1 J] 010 1 <br />Effective 9/5/00 <br />City of Centerville Ord. #4 <br />Street Access - A public thorougl1fare, which affords the principal means of <br />abutting land. <br /> <br />Street line - The legal line of demarcation between a street anel abutting land. <br /> <br />Stwcture - Anything constructed or erected, the Lise which requires a location on <br />the ground, or attached to something having a location on the ground, or an <br />attachment to something having a fixed location on the ground; including, in <br />addition to buildings, billboards, carports, porches, decks and other building <br />features, but not including sidewalks, drives, swing-sets, enclosed play structures <br />under fifty (50) square feet, fences and patios <br /> <br />Structural Alteration - Any change in the supporting members of a building or <br />structure, such as bearing walls, columns, beams, or girders; provided, however, <br />the application of any exterior siding to an existing building for the purpose of <br />beautifying and modernizing shall not be considered a structural alteration. <br /> <br />Subdivision - The separation of an area, parcel or tract of land under single <br />ownership into two or more parcels, tracts, lots, or long-term leasehold interests <br />where the creation of the leaserlold interest, necessitates the creation of streets, <br />roads, or alleys, for residential, commercial, industrial, or other uses or any <br />combination thereof, except those separations: <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />Where all the resulting parcels, tracts, lots, or interests will be <br />twenty (20) acres or larger in size and five hundred (500) feet <br />in width for residential uses and five (5) acres or larger in size <br />for commercial and industrial uses; and <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Creatin" cemeterv lots' and <br />'" J' <br /> <br />c, <br /> <br />Resulting from court orders, or the adjustment of a lot line by <br />the relocation of a common boundary.
