Home occupations <br /> <br />Section 080"090: Commercial District (13-11. <br /> <br />Purpose <br />It is intended that the B-1 District provide opportunities for retail and service <br />business uses vvl1ich require larger development sites, highway visibility or <br />highway access. <br /> <br />General Minimum Requirement", <br />Tile following minimum requirements, as set 'forth, shall apply to all buildings that <br />may be erected, converted or structurally altered in Commercial Districts. <br /> <br />Setbacl< <br />See Table A - Schedule of District Regulations Lot and Yard Requirements. <br /> <br />Building Height in Commercial Districts <br />As provided in Division 'j '15 of this ordinance.. <br /> <br />Off Street Parking <br />As provided in Division 90 of this orclinance. <br /> <br />In addition to Division 90: <br />('I.) Space for a single vehicle shall be nine (9) feet by <br />Eighteen (18) 'feet or larger. <br />(2) Off street parking area shall be surfaced INith asphalt or <br />concrete, and with permanent concrete curbs to define <br />driveways and parking limits. Plans and specifications <br />for parking areas shall be reviewed by the Rice Creek <br />Watershed, and approved by the City. Approval from <br />the City will occur only after completion of the site plan <br />review process. The site plan review process requires a <br />hearing before the Planning and Zoning Committee and <br />the City Council. <br />(3.) There shall not be off street parking within five (5) feet <br />from any street right of way nor five (5) feet from any <br />other lot line. <br /> <br />Page 33 of82 <br />
