CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />1. Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy Bates. 1977 South Robin Lane - Variance Reauest <br /> <br />Chairperson Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Mrs. Bates read a section of the Ordinance and then asked if, based on what she had read, <br />she and her husband would still need a variance to construct a 20 x 20 garage. <br /> <br />Chairperson Hanson explained that she was reading from the M1 section of the <br />Ordinance and told her she was in a residential district and, therefore, would still need a <br />variance to construct a structure bigger than 200 square feet or 2% of her lot size. <br /> <br />Mrs. Bates indicated that without a garage they have items out in the elements that are <br />also subject to theft. <br /> <br />Commissioner Devine inquired as to the size of the Bates' lot.
