Existing and proposed sub watershed boundaries and existing and proposed 1- or 2- and I aD-year hydrologic calculations demonstrating compliance wim District rate control and water quality treatment requirements. 3. Incorporation of infiltration practices. Items to be submitted include infiltration checklist with supporting documentation, infiltration worksheet, and effective pervious area map demonstrating compliance with District Rwes. 4. Revised Pond 2 outlet providing skimming capability up to the I-year event. 5, Revised Pond 2 routing eliminating potential short-circuiting (i.e., relocation of me inlet for Pond 2 to me north end of the pond). Wetlands 6. WetJand delineation report 7. Field verification by District staff of wetland boundaries and no wetland impact Floodplain 8. Quantification of floodplain fill and compensatory storage proYision (if necessary). 9. Revised plan including grading limits with erosion perimeter control (silt fence) for lots to be custom graded, demonstration no work within floodplain, wetland or Clearwater Creek If not provided, then separate District permits will be required for these lots before grading by the builder.
