They have <br />tabled Gonyea's pennit application pending the receipt of the following items: <br /> <br />SlOrrnwater Manallement <br />}. Full size plan set including legible existing and proposed contours. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Existing and proposed sub watershed boundaries and existing and proposed 1- or <br />2- and I aD-year hydrologic calculations demonstrating compliance wim District <br />rate control and water quality treatment requirements. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Incorporation of infiltration practices. Items to be submitted include infiltration <br />checklist with supporting documentation, infiltration worksheet, and effective <br />pervious area map demonstrating compliance with District Rwes. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Revised Pond 2 outlet providing skimming capability up to the I-year event. <br /> <br />5, <br /> <br />Revised Pond 2 routing eliminating potential short-circuiting (i.e., relocation of <br />me inlet for Pond 2 to me north end of the pond). <br /> <br />Wetlands <br />6. <br /> <br />WetJand delineation report <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Field verification by District staff of wetland boundaries and no wetland impact <br /> <br />Floodplain <br />8. Revised plan including grading limits with erosion perimeter control (silt fence) <br />for lots to be custom graded, demonstration no work within floodplain, wetland <br />or Clearwater Creek If not provided, then separate District permits will be <br />required for these lots before grading by the builder. <br />
