In all cases where the Permittee, by performinii the work authorized by ehis permi\, shall mvolve the <br />taking, l.lSing, or damaging of any property righb or interesu of any other person or persons, or of <br />8l1Y publicly o"'l1ed lands or improvements tbereon or interests therein, the Permittee, before <br />proceeding, shall obtain the written consent of all persons, agencies, or authorities concerned, and <br />shall aoquire all properly, rights and interests needed for the work. <br /> <br />8. This permit is permissive only. No liability shall be imposed on the RCWD or any of its officers, <br />agent.>, or employees, officially or personally, on aoooUl'!t of the granting hereof or on account of any <br />damage to any person or property resulting from any act or omission of the Pennittee or any of its <br />agents, employees, or contraotors. Tl1is permit .hsll nol be cons1rued as estopping or limiting any <br />legal claims or right of action of any person against the Permittee, its agents, employees or <br />contractors, for any damage or injury resulting from any such act Or oIDission, or as estopping or <br />limiting any legal claim or right ohction ofthe RCWD agllinst the Permittee, its agents, employees, <br />or contractors for violation of or failure to comply with the pennit or applicable provisions of law. <br /> <br />9. Any storrnwater management facilities approved as part of this permit shall be properly maintained <br />in perpetuity to assure that they continue to function as originally designed. <br /> <br />10. Within 10 day.s of project completion, you will notify the District Inspector at 651-766-4195. Once <br />the J:nsp<.ctor verifies that sire conditions comply with all permit requirements, your cash surety will <br />be returned to the remi!tI;r. <br />11.
