<br />Effective: 5/24/1989 <br />City of Centerville Ord. #48 <br /> <br />The Public Works Department shall install mailbox platforms in all new developments after the <br />streets are complete. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. FEE FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS. <br /> <br />A per dwelling unit fee will be recommended as determined necessary by the Public Works <br />Director, to the City Council who shall set the per dwelling unit fee in the current fee structure. <br />The per unit dwelling fee shall be charged for the installation of mailboxes and stands in new <br />developments. Such charge shall be added to the building permit, at the time of issue. The <br />Public Works Department budget shall be directly reimbursed to cover costs involved. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. ALL OTHER RESIDENCES AND BUSINESSES. <br /> <br />Approved mailbox platforms shall be available from the Public Works Department at a cost to <br />cover material and labor. Plans for building your own platform shall also be made available <br />from the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. MAINTENANCE. <br /> <br />Maintenance of the mailbox platforms shall be the responsibility ofthe residents served. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. PENALTY. <br /> <br />Any person in violation of any provision of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine not more <br />than $700 or imprisonment in the County jail for not more than 90 days or both, plus the cost of <br />prosecution in the case. <br /> <br />SECTION 12.
