Proposed Stormwater Management Plan includes one on-site NURP
Pond. Post Development runoff for the entire site is higher then
existing conditions for the 2-year event. A revised plan complying
with District rate control requirements is required. The proposed
pond meets District water quality treatment requirements.

The proposed infiltration cell meets the District's infiltration sizing
standard. However, there is no pretreatment of stormwater flowing
from the parking lot into the infiltration cell. Pretreatment of
stormwater prior to the infiltration area is required. A copy of soil
borings is required to verify depth to water table and that substrate
materials are suitable for infiltration practices.

3. The wetland delineation report identifies 0.1 acres of Type 3 wetland
along the northern boundary of the site. There is no proposed
wetland fill. Field verification by District Staff of wetland
boundaries is required.

Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc.

9/13/02
