Please find the enclosed copy of Ordinance #4, Page 34, Section 100-020: <br />Electric and Barbed Wire Fence pertaining to this issue. Your property is zoned R2A and <br />this type of fencing is a violation of the ordinance. <br /> <br />The City requests that you abate this violation within 30 days of the receipt of this notice. <br />Failure to do so will warrant the City to commence enforcement of same.
