Best Practice establishments with a 3-year history of no <br />compliance check failures, shall be designated "Gold Star <br />Best Practice" license holders. They will receive signage by <br />the City and receive a 10% discount on license renewal fees. <br />If they have a compliance check failure, they follow the Best <br />Practice penalty grid, and return to "Best Practice" <br />establishment status. <br />. Both the Police Department and City Administrator are <br />encouraged to work with the school district and other <br />organizations to educate citizens about the program and the <br />preventive efforts of the Best Practices Program. <br />.
