Include language regarding a required background check prior to issuance <br />of a license. <br /> <br />Same has been included on Page 2, Business License Required - first paragraph, last <br />sentence. <br /> <br />Chief Heckman also requested that the City allow ample time for issuance to take into <br />consideration his department's time to complete a background check. <br />
