No temporary massage therapist license shall be issued to a person <br />who: <br />(1) Is not eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the application is submitted to the Issuing <br />Authority; <br />(2) Has been convicted of any crime directly related to the occupation licensed as prescribed by <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 364.03, subdivision 2, and has not shown competent evidence of sufficient <br />rehabilitation and present fitness to perform the duties and responsibilities of a licensee as prescribed by <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 364.03, subdivision 3; <br />(3) Is not a citizen of the United States or a resident alien or does not have the legal' authority to work <br />in the United States; <br />(4) Is not of good moral character or repute; or <br />(5) Has knowingly misrepresented or falsified information on the license application. <br />(Code, 1958 S 169.07; Added by Village Ord. SEVERABILITY. <br /> <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Division is for any reason held to be invalid, <br />such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Division.
