<br />City ofCenterville <br /> <br />Ordinance #61 <br /> <br />applicant or any other person in the operation, acquisition or maintenance <br />of the enterprise. <br /> <br />(f) The license fee required by this ordinance has not been paid. <br /> <br />(g) An applicant has been convicted of a crime involving any of the following <br />offenses: <br /> <br />(I) Any sex crimes as defined by Minn. Slat. 609.29 through 609.352 <br />inclusive or as defined by any ordinance or statute in conformity <br />therewith; <br /> <br />(2) Any obscenity crime as defined by Minn.
