A license is issued to the applicant only and is not transferable to another holder. No <br />licensee may loan, sell, give or assign a license to another holder. <br /> <br />2. The license issued for a massage business is only effective for the compact and contiguous <br />space specified in the approved license application. If the licensed premises is to be <br />enlarged, altered, or extended, the licensee must inform the issuing authority and receive <br />approval before doing so. <br /> <br />810.055. Conditions of Licenses. <br /> <br />1. A massage business must not employ or use a person as a masseur or masseuse unless that <br />person is licensed by the city. <br /> <br />2. A person acting as a masseur or masseuse in a massage business must have his/her license <br />or a true copy of it, displayed in a prominent place on the licensed premises. <br /> <br />3. A massage business must not discriminate on grounds of race, creed, color, sex, national <br />origin or ancestry in p~rforming services offered by the licensed establishment. <br /> <br />4. The person who is receiving the massage must at all times have his/her buttocks, anus and <br />genitals covered with an appropriate non-transparent covering. <br /> <br />5. A masseur performing massages must at all times have his anus, buttocks and genitals <br />covered with a non-transparent material. <br /> <br />6. A masseuse performing massages must at all times have her breasts, buttocks, anus and <br />genitals covered with a non-transparent material. <br /> <br />7. A licensee must not solicit business or perform massage services, and a business licensee <br />must not allow, encourage or direct his/her employee to solicit business or perform <br />massage services, while the license is under suspension or revocation. In addition, no <br />personal service licensee may solicit business in a public place or in a licensed liquor <br />establishment within the city. <br /> <br />8.
