Normal maintenance of a non-conforming structure is permitted, including <br />necessary non-structural repairs and incidental alterations, which do not extend or <br />intensify the non-conforming use. <br /> <br />Division 35: Home Occupations <br /> <br />Home occupations in the City must meet the following criteria: <br /> <br />A. Home occupations shall be conducted solely by persons residing in the residence <br />with the exception of no more than one additional non-related employee; and <br /> <br />B. All business activities and storage shall take place within the structure; and <br /> <br />C. The occupation shall not be visible or audible from any property line; and <br /> <br />F. The occupation may involve limited retail sale or rental of products on the <br />premises, provided all stock in trade is completely enclosed in the principal <br />structure. Retail merchandise may not constitute more than fifty percent (50%) of <br />the principal structure square footage; and <br /> <br />G. Unless completely enclosed within an approved structure, no vehicle used in the <br />conduct of the occupation shall be parked, stored or otherwise present at the <br />premises other than such as is customarily used for domestic or household <br />purposes. See Section 135-140: Outside Storage.; and <br /> <br />H. Only on-site off-street parking facilities typically associated with a residence shall <br />be used; and <br /> <br />I.
