<br />;i <br /> <br />C. Proceed as follows once the requirements of Section 15-525 (2)A through B have been met: <br />l.Allow the manager, owner, or tenant of the premises ten days from the date of the last <br />warning to request a hearing before the Public Health Official for the determination <br />regarding the existence of such hazardous site. If a hearing is not iequested in this time <br />period, the Public Health Official shall: <br />a. Cause the premises to be posted with a warning advising the public that the <br />premises have been declared a hazardous site, and <br />b. Cause orders to be issued to the manager, owner, or tenant of the hazardous site to <br />take specified corrective measures to prevent high~risk sexual conduct from taking <br />place within the premises. <br />2. If a hearing is requested, it shall be held before the Public Health Official within thirty <br />days after the request for a hearing is made. After considering all evidence, the Public <br />Health Official will make a determination as to whether the premises constitute a <br />hazardous site and issue a decision based upon all the evidence presented. If the Public <br />Health Official makes a determination that the premises constitnte a hazardous site, the <br />Public Health Official shall proceed with the steps prescribed in 15-525 (2)C, la and lb. <br />3. If within thirty days after issuance of the oiders to the manager, owner,or tenant of the <br />hazardous site, the Public Health Official determines that the corrective measures have not <br />been undertaken, the Public Health Official may: <br />a. Order the abatement of the hazardous site as a public nuisance. This action may <br />be enforced by mandatory or prohibitory injunction in a court of competent <br />jurisdiction; or <br />b. Secure a court order for the closure of the premises until the premises, building, or <br />structure is in compliance with all provisions of this Code. (Ord.
