<br />I <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />. Sec. 15-609. General License Requirements. <br /> <br />(1) Tattoos on Minors. It is unlawful to tattoo, pierce, brand or paint a person under the age of eigh.teen <br />except in the presence of, and with the written pennission of, the parent or legal guardian of the minor. <br /> <br />(2) Prohibition on License Transfer. A license is for the person and the premises named on the approved <br />license application. Transfer of a license is not permitted from place-to-place or from person-to-person <br />\vitbout first complying with the requirements of an original application, except where an existing <br />noncorporate licensee is incorporated and incorporation does not affect the ownership, control, and interest <br />of the existing licensed establishment. <br /> <br />(3) Hours of Operation. A licensed establishment may not be open for business before 7:00 a.m. nor after <br />11:00p.m. <br /> <br />(4) Licensed Premises. The license is only effective for the compact and contiguous space specified in the <br />approved license application. lfthe licensed premises is enlarged, altered, or extended, the licensee must <br />inform the Director of Public Safety. <br /> <br />(5) Effect of License Suspension or Revocation. It is unlawful to solicit business or offer to perform <br />tattooing, body piercing, body branding or body painting services while under license suspension or <br />revocation by the City. <br /> <br />(6) Maintenance of Order. The licensee is responsible for the conduct of the business being operated and <br />must at all times maintain conditions of good order. <br /> <br />(7) Employee Lists. The licensee must provide to the City Manager a list of employees who perform <br />tattooing, body piercing, body branding or body painting at the licensed establishment and verify that each <br />employee has received a copy of this Article. <br /> <br />(8) Liability Insurance. Licensees must have at all times a valid certificate of insurance issued by an <br />insurance company licensed to do business in the State indicating that the licensee is currently covered in <br />the licensed business by a liability insur'JIlce policy. The insurance must be kept in force during the term of <br />the license and provide for notification to the City prior to termination or cancellation. A certificate of <br />insurance must be filed with the City. The minimum limits of coverage for such insurance are: <br />A Each claim, at least $200,000; <br />B.
