<br />The Commission questioned the Ordinance #4 and its status at Council level. Ms. Bender <br />stated that Council tabled the item and the Mayor had submitted questions/concerns and <br />that the Commission had copies of same before them. Commissioner DeVine stated that <br />public hearings had already heen held and that Ordinance #4 had encompassed <br />approximately two (2) years of hard work. Commission Member Helmbrecht stated that <br />the Commission is advisory. <br /> <br />Commission Member DeVine stated that the Olson's have waited many months for the <br />amendment for kennels to be added to Ordinance #4, lots have not heen sub.divided and <br />other items have been placed on hold. <br /> <br />Coneensus was to forward a request to Council requesting consideration of passing the <br />Kennel amendment by itself. <br /> <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion bv Commission Member DeVine. seconded bv Commission Member Hanson <br />to adionrn lbe March 6. 2002 Plannin!! Commission Meetin!! at 8:03 p.m. All in <br />favor.
