Liquor stores. <br /> <br />Section 080-100: Industrial District (1-1). <br /> <br />Purpose <br />It is intended that the 1-1 District provide opportunities for light manufacturing and industrial uses, trade <br />businesses, machine shops and other more extensive land uses. <br /> <br />General Minimum Reauirements <br />The followino minimum requirements. as set forth herein. shall apply to all buildinqs that may be erected. <br />converted or structurally altered in Industrial Districts. <br /> <br />Setback <br />See Table A - Schedule of District Requlations Lot and Yard Requirements. <br /> <br />In addition. side yards facinq streets on corner lots shall be considered the same as front yards.
